RETURN AND REFUND POLICY?
No return and refund, if box is open. Limited Life Time Warranty for material defect and design flaw. No Products shall be returned without the prior written authorization of Seller. Seller, in its sole discretion may reject any non-warranty return requests. Defective Products are to be returned directly from the consumer to the manufacturer in accordance with their warranty and return policies. The defective product shall be returned pre-paid, with proof of purchase by the Consumer to: Attention: Quality Assurance Manager(email: cs@uni-loader.com) , Uni-Loader products, UNI-LOADER LLC, and if, after analysis and review by UNI-LOADER LLC’s QC department, the product is deemed covered under the Limited Warranty, UNI-LOADER LLC will correct defects in its product by repair or replacement, as its option, and ship back to sender.
